At DBL Bus & Coach Ltd, we specialise in PSV auto electrics providing a range of services for any age vehicle. Based in Leicester we have a modern well equipped workshop with access to dealer level diagnostic equipment and tooling. With a combined experience of over 40 years we adopt a can do attitude and usually find a solution to most issues presented to us including workarounds of obsolete parts and systems that would otherwise write off older vehicles due to discontinued parts.
Air conditioning and servicing
We carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on all HVAC systems fitted to coaches including fault finding, pressure testing and routine maintenance, using OEM spec parts and are fully FGAS certified. We can find solutions and workarounds to obsolete controllers and systems.
Electrical Faultfinding
We specialise in fault finding on bus and coach electrical systems new and old, covering most areas including body and chassis electrics, audio visual, power door control, HVAC, CCTV, passenger comfort facilities (hot drinks machines, usb charging points etc) Most problems we can find a solution for.
Custom Installations
Custom installations is a big part of what we do, providing bespoke installations of split charge systems, 240V mains setups for either the driver or passengers, kitchen equipment including microwave ovens and hot water facilities, USB charging points and so on, get in touch for more info.
ECU Repair
Electronic module repair is not only cost effective but sometimes essential with the increasing amount of obsolete parts for even newer vehicles. We repair most electronic parts including control modules, gearbox ecu's, engine ecu's HVAC controllers, instrument clusters, and many more, please get in touch for a quote.
Windscreen Repair
With PSV and HGV Glass often costing upwards of £1000 we can repair stone chips and cracks to any windscreen before it spreads and requires replacement. Using repair methods to BS AU 251 the damage will be stronger than the original glass. Optical results vary with the size of damage, dirt ingress and age but a strong repair is guaranteed. Chips and cracks can be drilled and stopped in their tracks.
Webasto Service
